frequently asked questions

General questions

Are your products tested on animals? Are they vegan?

  • All Exousia Wild ingredients and products are completely cruelty free.
  • Our Omorfia Balm and Pine Sol Room Spray are vegan.
  • Our Sake Kasu Mask and Pine Pollen Tincture include YS Eco Bee Farms ethically and sustainably harvested hive ingredients like royal jelly, raw honey, and propolis, but no other animal products.

Are all of your ingredients certified organic?

All Exousia Wild ingredients are either certified organic, wildcrafted (foraged in the wild), or sourced from small farmers in the Amazon who do not use pesticides. Many small farmers in the Amazon cannot afford to go through the time and money intensive process of getting an official organic certification, and face constant pressure to succumb to the growing timber industry and begin engaging in clearcutting. By supporting the operations of these small farmers, Exousia Wild hopes to help reduce deforestation in the Amazon and support a more sustainable future for its people.

Do your products contain wheat, soy, dairy, or other allergens?

All Exousia Wild products are free of wheat, soy, dairy, and other common allergens and irritants like parabens, synthetic fragrances, and toxic chemicals such as formaldehyde.

Do your products contain preservatives?

Our products do not contain any synthetic preservatives, and instead we use plant ingredients that act as preservatives. We also do not use any water in our products, which allows a longer shelf life and higher stability.

Do you sell sample or travel sizes?

We are currently developing a travel size package set to help you maintain your skincare ritual on the go. Stay tuned for updates!

When will I see results?

After just a few days of using our products, you should start to see amazing results.

PRODUCT questions

Does the Omorfia Balm melt?

Our Omorfia Balm is made up of butters and oils and not bound by any waxes, therefore, if exposed to a warmer climate it may tend to melt.  When you receive your balm please hold upright when opening, to avoid any spilling in case it has melted in transit. To be sure your balm re-solidifies, please leave it in a room temp environment for at least 24 hours, or you can place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours to expedite the process.

How do I use the Sake Kasu Mask?

We've created the Activation Formula of Kojic Acid to fortify and rehydrate the Sake Kasu powder. This elevates the concentration of kojic acid and enhances its potency.
To useā€”place a small spoonful of Sake Kasu Brightening Mask in a small mixing bowl. Re-hydrate with 1-2 dropperfuls of the Activation Formula to the desired consistency. Let this sit for 5 minutes to allow the enzymatic qualities to dissolve the mask fully. Spread evenly on the skin. Allow to dry. Rinse gently with lukewarm or cool water and finish with our Omorfia Balm.
