Our artisanal Sake Kasu Mask works overtime to deliver the pore cleansing power of a clay with the complexion brightening benefits of an acid peel.
Rich in antioxidants and kojic acid, sake kasu is a by-product of the sake-making process that has been prized as a skin treatment for hundreds of years. Legend has it that sake kasu was discovered for its anti-aging properties because elderly sake brewers often had bright, youthful hands in contrast to their wrinkled faces.
Our twice fermented sake kasu is blended with raw honey, royal jelly, bee pollen, and propolis to soothe, moisturize and reduce inflammation, then combined with a fusion of rhassoul clay, bentonite clay, and activated coconut charcoal to deeply purify pores by acting as a magnet for impurities and environmental toxins. Meanwhile, kojic acid brightens and resurfaces by removing layers of dead skin cells and encouraging cell regeneration.
When combined with the Sake Kasu Mask powder, our Kojic Acid Activation Formula fortifies and rehydrates the sake kasu powder, elevating its concentration of kojic acid and enhancing its potency. The result is an intense revitalizing complex designed to peel away layers of dead skin cells, deeply cleanse pores, even skin tone, and brighten the complexion. Scars, sun damage, hyperpigmentation, and acne are no match for this powerful duo.

RITUAL
How to Use
Place a spoonful of Sake Kasu Brightening Mask in a small bowl and re-hydrate with 1-2 dropperfuls of the Activation Formula. Mix to the desired consistency and let it sit for a few moments for the peel to activate. Spread evenly over the face or desired skin areas. Allow 5-10 minutes to dry, lightly scrub away using lukewarm or cool water and a washcloth.
Finish with our Omorfia Balm.
Due to the nature of the enzymatic properties, redness may occur. Allow your skin 5-10 minutes to calm.

We recommend using only a dark-colored washcloth when rinsing this product as the charcoal may stain your linens.
